[15p-PB06-4] Controlling fluorescence properties donor-acceptor molecules by Mie resonant nanoparticles

For the application to biosensors with Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) that can be monitored with high sensitivity, we developed nanoparticle probes simultaneously modified with FITC and RITC(Si@(F,R)), and aimed control the fluorescence properties of Donor-Acceptor molecules by Mie resonance.
In the presentation, we will discuss the changes in the shape of the emission spectrum, fluorescence lifetime measurements, Purcell effect, and change of energy transfer rate.
