An electrochemical biosensor monitoring SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibody activity and antioxidant activity was created and evaluated using human saliva. Saliva samples were routinely collected before and after three vaccinations and the activities were compared. The results of saliva samples from several subjects also allowed us to find individual-specific characteristics.
