Ferroelectric HfO₂ is an attractive material for AI application on a Si platform thanks to its nonvolatile property and CMOS compatibility. We have studied the potential of ferroelectric HfO₂ in reservoir computing application by utilizing the nonlinear dynamics of polarization. In this symposium, we will introduce our recent works on ferroelectric reservoir computing.
