Ferroelectric HfO2 is an attractive material for AI application on a Si platform thanks to its nonvolatile property and CMOS compatibility. We have studied the potential of ferroelectric HfO2 in reservoir computing application by utilizing the nonlinear dynamics of polarization. In this symposium, we will introduce our recent works on ferroelectric reservoir computing.
