We have proposed InP-EO polymer optical modulator as a broadband, low-loss optical modulator and continue to research. Existing studies have not optimized the doping concentration due to process limitations. Since it is possible to optimize the doping on our III-V on insulator substrate, in this report, we have evaluated the bandwidth and the insertion loss of InP-EO polymer hybrid optical modulator with doping optimization, and found that it is possible to achieve a low-loss modulator over 400 Ghz
