Conventionally, annealing treatment of CNTs has been studied with the expectation of purification and defect repair effect, but in recent years, it has been studied as a method for improving the mechanical properties of CNT with higher-order structures such as CNT yarns and films. In this presentation, we will discuss the conduction mechanism variations from the temperature dependence of resistance under the high temperature annealing. We will also discuss the consistency of this conduction mechanism change with the structural variation from the walled structure to graphitic one.
