Today, there is a widespread demand for effective utilization of unused energy, among which the reuse of waste heat emitted from factories, automobiles, and other sources is drawing attention. Although thermal generation using waste heat has partially reached practical application, it has not yet achieved wide diffusion due to limitations in material costs and installation conditions. In this study, we propose a "new thermoelectric generation device" that controls charge generation and transfer in CT complexes using waste heat and thermal energy which is common in room-temperature environments.
