In organic thin-film transistors, the molecular orientation at the interface between the insulating film and the organic semiconductor greatly affects the device characteristics, so it is extremely important to investigate the molecular orientation at the interface and the semiconductor film structure.
In this study, following our previous presentation, we investigated the structure of tetratetracontane(TTC) and organic semiconductor multilayers to study the effect of TTC, an insulating film, on various organic semiconductor thin film structures at the interface between the insulating film and organic semiconductors.
