We have been developing hybrid pixel detectors with Si and CdTe, but also single TlBr detectors. In this study a prototype TlBr pixel detector was produced by using a readout ASIC for CdTe and pixel sensors. In this tall we will describe pixel electrodes, bump bonding mothod, and performance of the prototype TlBr pixel detector.AS
