[16a-PA01-4] Optical trapping of polymer nanoparticles using nano-wrinkle titanium structure

We demonstrate optical trapping of polystyrene nanospheres using titanium nanostructures fabricated by acid etching. Polystyrene nanospheres were optically trapped by irradiation of a near-infrared laser beam. We explored such trapping behaviors by means of fluorescence microspectroscopy for deeply understanding the trapping mechanism of nanostructured titanium-assisted (NASTiA) optical tweezers.
