二光子ホログラフィック刺激顕微鏡は，生体深部の神経細胞に三次元的に光刺激を行うことができる技術である．しかし，光刺激された細胞からの光は三次元的に分布しているため，三次元イメージング技術が必要である．本研究では，この実現のためにインコヒーレントディジタルホログラフィを応用する手法を提案する．提案手法の有用性は実験により検証された．
