[16p-A201-6] Wavelength dependence of energy transfer from femtosecond laser double pulse to silicon

To investigate how the energy absorption of silicon irradiated with femtosecond laser double pulse depends on the combination of wavelengths, calculations based on time-dependent density functional theory were carried out with the use of the open-source calculation program SALMON. The energy absorption by the first pulse did not depend much on wavelength, however the total energy absorption varied greatly depending on the combination of wavelengths and was greater when the first pulse was shorter wavelength and the second pulse was longer wavelength.
