In recent years, the physics of light scattering by multipoles, toroidal modes, and anapoles in Mie resonators composed of media with high refractive index has attracted much attention. This is having a significant impact on the field of imaging and sensing through dielectric metasurfaces. This symposium will bring together young researchers in this field to explore the current state of research and future directions.
