All-perovskite pin junction solar cells are expected to be achieved by controlling electrical conductivity in lead halide perovskite semiconductors. We have reported controlling of free carrier concentration by ternary-source vapor phase deposition using gas-source CH3NH2, HI, and solid-source PbI2. In this work, we added gas-source H2 to the ternary-source vapor phase deposition. We report carrier type and carrier concentration of the samples.
