[16p-A401-2] Time Resolved Analysis of Photoelectric Conversion Process in Multilayer-type OPV with Light Synchronized Time Domain Reflectometry II

As a sequel to the Light triggered TDR presented in the previous conference, we report the results of the time-resolved electrical measurement of the initial photocarrier generation process in OPV. We observed transient impedance components of OPV during the illumination of the light pulse and after the light pulse from the nanosecond to the sub-millisecond time region. The mean distribution length of the photocarrier reached a steady length in about 5 microseconds; however, the resistivity of the photocarrier region and interface resistance indicated a slow response toward the light pulse.
