[16p-A408-3] Creation of NV centers in diamond over a wide region by single-shot ultrashort laser pulse

Creating high-density NV centers with a wide region in a diamond substrate by ultrashort laser irradiation is fascinating for making a high-sensitive quantum sensor and investigating a new creation method. We demonstrated the creation in a millimeter-sized region by a single-shot femtosecond pulse with a wide laser spot and high fluence much higher than the graphitization threshold.
