[16p-A408-8] Extension of spin coherence time of NV centers in diamonds by suppressing impurities

NV center in diamond is expected to use for high-sensitive quantum sensor which is available at room-temperature because it shows the longest spin coherence time (T2) among solid system at room temperature. In the recent chemical vapor deposition research, we found a diamond synthesis method for impurity suppression which is important for T2 expansion, and we obtained T2 comparable to the reported longest value at room-temperature. In the presentation, we will report the method for impurity suppression and NV properties for sensitivity of quantum sensor.
