[16p-A410-1] Physical Properties Measurement Using Diamond Quantum Sensors

We study diamond nitrogen-vacancy centers (NV centers) as atomic-size magnetic fields and temperature probes for various physical properties measurements. We have developed precise measurement techniques such as the highly efficient spin readout method, Floquet engineering of two-level systems, and lock-in thermography. In this talk, I will introduce the present status of our magnetic field imaging techniques, the real-space observation of superconducting magnetic flux, and the precision magnetic field measurement aided by machine learning.
