The microstructure of superconducting materials is known to have a significant influence on the critical current properties. We have developed a microstructural analysis method specifically for polycrystalline superconducting bulk materials, which has a wide range of applications. In this study, we have developed and introduced a novel grain boundary analysis method to obtain the correlation between Jc and grain boundary structure in high-density Ba-122 polycrystalline superconductors. As a result, we succeeded in extracting unique grain boundary structural parameters using nanoscale crystal orientation measurment method and visualization of grain boundary networks analysis.
