While superconducting random number generators (SRNGs) are excellent in high-speed operation, they require a large number of current sources for parallelization because the control current must be adjusted to the time variation of the operating point. In a previous study [1], it was shown by simulation that by using the frequency synchronization phenomenon to drive the JTL following the T-FF and a large number of SRNGs with a common bias, the output probability from the SRNGs can be adjusted to 0.5, thus enabling self-adjustment of the operating point of a large number of SRNGs with a single current source. The simulation results show that the output probability from SRNGs can be tuned to 0.5. In this study, we evaluate the quality of the output random number sequence when the operating points of multiple SRNGs are self-adjusted using the frequency synchronization phenomenon.
