Superconducting qubits are controlled in the 0 and 1 states by irradiating microwaves of appropriate time width and amplitude and unified phase at several GHz. We use SFQ circuits to design a variable output amplitude microwave generator that can be placed in the vicinity of superconducting qubits and provide suitable control for each qubit.In this study, we have designed a variable output amplitude microwave generator using the AIST 1kA/cm2 Nb standard process and investigated low power consumption.
