This study aims to develop a multilayer magnetic thin film (Ni80Fe20) that can detect biomagnetic signals from the brain and heart, which contain many high frequency components, with a small and inexpensive device, instead of relying on a large and expensive device such as a SQUID. In order to confirm the high frequency response of this magnetic sensor, a magnetization response measurement system capable of high frequency measurement is indispensable. Since the magnetic bias applied in this apparatus is currently limited to a few [MHz] , we have pursued a method of applying a high frequency bias that is close to that of biomagnetism.
