[16p-PB01-2] Thermally stimulated current measurement of spin-coat film of poly(vinylidenefluoride-trifluoroethylene) for triboelectric generators
Keywords:triboelectric generators, Thermally stimulated current, Dielectric relaxation time
Triboelectric generations are attracting much interests as an electrical power source for electronic applications. Based on dielectric physics, we have proposed a model for triboelectric generators as an energy transfer process from dipolar energy stored in the materials to external electrical load. In this model, changing of polarization is a source of electrical power, and the dielectric relaxation time τ of materials governs I-V. (current source Is=P0A/τ, internal conductance Gi=Cs/τ, initial polarization P0, electrode area A, static capacitance Cs). In this presentation, thermally stimulated current (TSC) measurement for evaluating organic films, e.g., P(VDF-TrFE), for generators is introduced.
