For virus sensors to be used in a wide variety of situations in post-COVID society, the stability of reagents for the sensors is essential. We have developed a virus sensor using antibody-modified magnetic particles. Antibody-modified magnetic particles aggregate and deteriorate when frozen, so it is necessary to ensure stable storage of antibodies in liquid for practical use. In this study, we evaluated the long-term stability of the antibody under various temperature conditions based on the changes in the thermal unfolding profile of the antibody.
