[16p-PB03-4] Stimulus response characteristics of modular neuronal networks grown on high-density microelectrode arrays

We created cultured neuronal networks which have 2 x 2 modules on high-density microelectrode arrays. At 10 ~14 days in vitro, we applied localized stimulations to the networks from the microelectrodes and recorded their responses. In this poster, we will discuss the dependence of the network responses on the amplitude and applied location of the stimulation pulses as well as the relationship between spontaneous activity and stimulus responses.
