Toward the realization of functional devices based on light-matter interactions, we are studying nano-photoisomerization in diarylethene single crystals, which reversibly isomerize between open and closed rings upon light irradiation. In this study, the transparent pathway structure inside the crystal was estimated three-dimensionally by multilayer measurement by changing the distance between the sample surface and the probe. In this presentation, we report on the measurement method and the estimation method of the internal structure.
