Keywords:near-field light, nano slit, standing wave

Use FDTD simulations to explore the feasibility of standing wave multipole near-field light excitation on nano slit.
Check the generation of standing waves of evanescent near-field light by irradiating opposing beams from both sides of the slit.
Adjust and optimize the value of the orbital angular momentum l of the light vortex of the light source and the slit width in order to excite multipole evanescent near-field light.
Check whether multipole standing-wave near-field light of quadrupole or more is excited on the slit by irradiating opposing light vortices from both sides of the slit.
Evaluate whether the near-field light excited on the nano slit is practically a quadrupole field by examining the electrical vectors.
