Power conversion efficiency of inverted perovskite solar cells based on the NiOx as hole transport layer was improved by the followings. 1, Introduction of 2-(3,6-dimethoxy-9H-carbazol-9-yl) ethyl] phosphonic acid (MeO-2PACz) at interface of perovskite/NiOx. 2, Introduction of pentafluoro-phenylhydrazine (5F-PHZ) at the interface of perovskite/C60 electron transport layer.
