▲ [17a-A405-4] Preparation of manganese phthalocyanine nanoparticles by laser ablation in liquid and application to contrast agents for photoacoustic imaging
キーワード:phthalocyanine, nanoparticles, laser ablation in liquid
Nanoparticles of manganese phthalocyanine (MnPc) were successfully prepared by laser-ablation in liquid. Powder of MnPc was dispersed in DI water by sonification and irradiated with nanosecond-pulsed Nd: YAG laser (second-harmonic generation, wavelength 532 nm, pulse duration 13 ns, repetition rate10 Hz) at various laser fluence to prepare nanoparticles. The morphology was measured by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). The shape was polygonal and partially spherical. The primary and secondary particle sizes were reduced with the increase of laser fluence. The absorbance was measured by Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis). Absorbance was increased at low laser fluence and decreased at high laser fluence. The dispersion stability was measured by zeta potential. The results of the UV-vis spectrum and zeta potential show that the sample prepared at the fluence of 150 mJ/cm2 has the best dispersion stability. With the increase of fluence, the photoacoustic signal was increased at low laser fluence and decreased at high laser fluence.
