Keywords:Laser ablation, Droplets, Spherical particles

The behavior and spatial distribution of the droplets emitted during the laser ablation process in space is important for the preparation of spherical particles. We deposited spherical particles by inserted a pipe into the plume. The results showed that larger droplets existed toward the outside of the plume. The spatial distribution of droplets is discussed by the results of imaging of the behavior of emitting droplets and an inertial model that takes viscous resistance into account.
