High harmonic genration in crystalline solids reflects the real time dynamics of Bloch electrons. However, its structure in time domain has not been well investigated. In this study, we developed a homodyne-type high harmonics detection system to access sub-laser-cycle response of high harmonic generation in solids. We confirmed that high harmonics from the reference and target samples show the clear interference, and succeeded in extracting the relative phase information of high harmonics.
