[17a-B409-4] Improving the performance of transparent organic light emitting diode by controlling the crystallinity of top-ITO layer

Keywords:Transparent organic devices, Transparent conductive oxide electrodes, Crystallinity control

Fabrication of a transparent conductive oxide electrode on an organic device allows a transparent organic device. However, the formation of transparent oxide electrodes causes damage in the organic device, which degrades the electrical properties of the device. We have previously clarified that one of the causes of damage is internal stress in the transparent oxide electrode that causes delamination at the electrode/organic layer interface. In this study, we report that the damage caused by internal stress can be reduced by controlling the crystallinity of the transparent oxide electrode.
