The molecular films oriented on an uniaxially aligned poly(tetrafluoroethtylene) surface often contain highly oriented J-aggregates partially. While this growth have been reported for several kinds of chromophores, end substituent also have significant influence. We will present the influence for bisazo dye molecules.
