[17a-D215-5] Ultra-fast nonlinear optical response using graphene on SiC

Recently all-photonics information processing as well as photonics-electronics convergence system has attracted much attention with increasing communication network capacity by spreading IoT network. In this study, high-speed saturable absorption of a graphene layer grown on the SiC substrate was investigated by pump-probe spectroscopy. We also analyzed carrier dynamics in the graphene layer based on the ultra high-speed absorption change.
