Superconducting antennas have a low power handling capability of 250 mW, which is not sufficient for practical use in wireless power transmission. In contrast, the use of a high-Jc-superconducting thin film is expected to enhance the power handling capability. In this study, we fabricated a high-Jc-superconducting thin film and investigated the power handling capability of a superconducting antenna using the thin film using electromagnetic field simulations. It was clarified that the power handling capability of the superconducting antenna could exceed 50 W.
