[17a-D419-11] Metal-insulator transition in VO2 films on MgF2(001) substrates

We investigated whether the in-plane lattice-matched films of W-doped VO2 (VWO) on MgF2 (001) substrates can be obtaind, and also evaluated the transport properties of the films. The mechanism of metal-insulator transaition in VWO films will be discussed based on the results of the transport properties of films prepared on MgF2 and TiO2 substrates.
