A high-resolution three-dimensional measurement method using an X-ray light sheet have developed. The light sheet with a minimum thickness of 65 nm was generated by focusing synchrotron radiation X-rays in one dimension, and measurements are performed by scanning a sample embedding nanoparticles which emit fluorescence by X-ray excitation. The details of the system and an example of measurement will be introduced.
