Operando measurements of all-solid-state batteries were performed using the Compton scattering method using high-energy synchrotron X-rays of 100 keV or higher, which have high material penetrability. The Compton scattered X-ray energy spectrum reflects the electron momentum distribution and has different shapes for each element. S-parameter analysis, which quantifies the difference in shape, grasped the structure of the battery and quantified Li.
