[17a-E502-13] Spectral performance evaluation of pnCCD for cosmic soft X-ray observation

We are developing a pnCCD sensor for the soft X-ray space observation of HiZ-GUNDAM project. Using a Color X-ray Camera(CXC) manufactured by PNDetector GmbH employing a small pnCCD sencor of 12.7mmx12.7mm. We performed an experiment to evaluate a spectral performance for various monochromatic X-rays in the range of 1.5-6.5 keV. As a result, derived energy resolution was 74.2±3.9 eV and Lower Detectable Energy(LD) is found to be 0.26keV which satisfy our requirements.
