Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with p-toluenesulfonic acid (PEDOT:PTSA) is a promising organic thermoelectric material because it has been suggested to exhibit high electrical conductivity and Giant Seebeck effect by heavily doping of PTSA. However, experimental investigations, including the electrical conduction mechanism, have not been sufficiently performed. In this study, we investigated the electrical conduction mechanism of PEDOT:PTSA with a high concentration of PTSA.
