本研究グループは、これまでに、低温・低損傷プロセスであるPAMBD(プラズマ支援分子線堆積)法を用いて各種フレキシブル基板上へのGa添加ZnO(GZO)透明導電膜の作製と評価を行ってきた。今回は、ロール状のフィルム基板の巻き出し、巻き取り過程で搬送成膜を行うRoll-to-roll PAMBD法を用いたGZOの作製および評価について調査した結果について報告する。
