[17p-A305-16] Chromaticity control by changing structure of a diffraction grating

Chromaticity control by dielectric diffraction gratings is investigated
mainly attempting to expand colour gamut. For detail systematic study,
we rather employ one-dimensional silica gratings. Performance
improvement is observed by structural conversion from lamellar to
two-layer staircase gratings.
