In the plasma nitrogen fixation method using water as a hydrogen source, the formation of ammonia, which is reduced nitrogen, has been reported, and the importance of nitrogen fixation reactions by nitrogen plasma at the liquid-water interface is increasing. In particular, the gas-liquid interface reaction between nitrogen atoms and water has been pointed out, but it has been difficult to distinguish the interface reactions from the gas-phase formation reactions. In this paper, we report the reactive species produced by the discharge plasma generation using a newly developed discharge plasma source and a liquid sampling mechanism.
