Keywords:bi-substituted rare-earth iron, ferromagnetic resonance, high frequency property

It is expected that ferromagnetic resonance frequency increased at compensation point for an angular momentum. In this study, EuBi2Fe5-xGaxO12 thin films prepared by metal-organic decomposition method were characterized by magneto-optical measurements and ferromagnetic resonance measurements. Compensation points for magnetization and an angular momentum were found at Ga compositions of 1 – 1.5 and 0.5 -1, respectively. Magnetic rotation ratio was increased at Ga compositions of 1 and 1.5.
