Shear Horizontal Surface Acoustic Wave (SH-SAW) sensors are liquid-phase sensors with the advantages of high sensitivity, low cost, small size, and wireless operation. Conventional SH-SAW sensors often process signals on a circuit, which requires a power supply to drive the circuit. Therefore, we improved the measurement system so that the sensor signal can be directly acquired by a PC and signal processing can be performed online. In addition, the physical properties of the target solution can be estimated from the fitting curve calculated by machine learning.
