[17p-D505-11] Integration of localized surface plasmon resonance sensor on surface acoustic save device
Keywords:surface acoustic wave, Localized surface plasmon resonance
Liquid inspection in the medical and biotechnology fields requires a system that can transport and measure liquids on a single substrate. Therefore, we aim to realize a new device that integrates a SAW device, which can transport and agitate droplets, and an LSPR sensor, which can inspect droplets, on a single substrate. In this study, as a first step to analyze the effect of integration, the effect of temperature rise of droplet caused by SAW excitation on LSPR was experimentally investigated.
