[17p-E102-1] Improvements on resolution and sectional shape in an on-demand fabrication process of microfluidic devices based on molecular diffusions under photopolymerization

Akira Emoto1 (1.Tokushima Univ.)

Keywords:microfluidic device, photopolymer, on-demand

In our previous study, an on-demand fabrication process of microfluidic devices was proposed. In the process, the channel structure was formed through molecular diffusions under photopolymerization. Due to the channel formation, the fluidic devices can be fabricated within 10 min., using maskless photo-patterning. In this study, the resolution and sectional shape of the channel structure were improved.
