This study addressed an aptamer-functionalized MEMS biosensor that uniformizes the charge state of the sensor surface, leading to uniformizing initial membrane shape of the reference and measurement sensors for differential measurement. The aptamer was immobilized on the MEMS sensor and the membrane shape was measured, confirming that the aptamer was successfully uniformized. In addition, it was confirmed that the sensitivity of aptamer-modified sensor was higher than that of the conventional antibody-modified sensor.
