[17p-E402-1] Demonstration of Valence Band Dispersion on Organic Semiconductor Single Crystals

Yasuo Nakayama1 (1.Tokyo Univ. Sci.)

Keywords:angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy

The topic of this talk is the valence band measurements of molecular semiconductor materials in particular for the “bulk” single-crystal samples. Experimental results on the single-crystals of so-called “band transport” materials such as rubrene, pentacene, and DNTT, and well-ordered molecular p-n heterojunctions built on the molecular single-crystal surfaces are introduced as examples. Technical details of the methodology and future perspectives on the current topics will also be overviewed.
