[17p-PA08-1] Analysis of carbon nanotube composite paper using microscopic photoelectron spectroscopy

Carbon nanotube composite paper has been investigated using microscopic photoelectron spectroscopy. C 1s, O 1s core levels and valence states have been analyzed. We prepared a non-annealed sample and annealed samples in vacuum. We have confirmed the pyrolysis reaction of cellulose by annealing in vacuum. We investigated these samples using microscopic raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and X-ray absorption spectroscopy. In addition, we measured resistivity using four point probe method. We report on all of these results.
