It is interaction with the surface electrical charge and the surface motion that understanding of reactive species transfer in gas-liquid interfacial plasma, required for further progress in plasma medical and agricultural applications, is veiled by. This study focuses on developing experimental system with the surface charge evaluation with a developed electrostatic potential probe and with liquid surface motion visualization with schlieren method. The presentation will be focused on experimental evaluation of the surface charge.
